What are your candles made of?
Our candles are made from 100% pure soy wax, cotton wicks and high quality fragrance oil. Soy wax is natural and better for the environment and your health. They burn clean and produce as much as 90% less scoot than paraffin wax. In addition, soy wax has a lower melting point than paraffin wax and because of this, soy wax allows you to enjoy your favorite candle longer.
Where are you candles made?
All of our candles are hand-poured and hand-packaged with love in our studio in Singapore.
How long do the candles burn for?
Burn times stated below strictly follow our recommended burning tips. There may be slight variations to these times depending on candle care. General rule of thumb, keep the wick trimmed down to 1cm, clear any debris before each lighting and burn them for 2-3 hours at a time.
For container/jar candle
120g candles: Up tp 20 hours
250g candles: Up to 50 hours
Why is the colour / appearance of your candles different?
Each candle is hand-poured and hand-crafted in small batches. Small imperfections characterize each candle and testify to the special craftsmanship and uniqueness. Rest assured that it is normal for your candles to look slightly different from batch to batch.
Do you use essential oils in your candles?
Our fragrance oils do have ~40-80% components of essential oils, but we do not use straight essential oils. We only choose high quality fragrance oils that are 100% phthalate-free and non-toxic. As much as we love essential oils, essential oils don’t always react well to heat and tend to evaporate when they are burned.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic orders leave our studio within 24-72 business hours and take 2-7 days to arrive via Singpost or Qxpress.
International orders take 2 - 4 weeks to arrive, especially during current pandemic situations. We will be sure to contact you if there is any delay.
Do you offer free shipping?
We do offer free domestic (Singapore) courier delivery for all orders of S$50 and above!

Do you offer exchanges or returns?
No returns or exchanges. If you have a major issue with your piece, feel free to contact us. We will be more than happy to work something out. We always want our customers to be satisfied and happy.
